I understand you want to promote your business, but you need to create the right mix of fun, interesting, and business. Too much business will keep people away!
What is your posting schedule?
There is a fine line between posting too much and posting too little. Test out the waters to determine what your audience likes.
Who’s your audience?
Who are you trying to attract with your social media accounts? Do you realize each venue has its own type of users? What works on Instagram may not do so well on Facebook.
It’s not all about the numbers!
Do you want to have a large following? Yes, BUT, what good is a large following who ignores you. Try to get your fans to interact. Post interesting things, good photos, ask questions, get readers to comment and share. You can always by advertising, but in general, the best followers are the ones who come on their own and love your content. They in turn will get their friends to follow you too!
